Grocery Order Pickup and Delivery

Please note changes to our Covid 19 response pick-up and delivery service below.

Deliveries and Collection are now available on Tuesday and Fridays ONLY. Cut off time is 8pm the day prior.

If you are collecting an your order from us please pull into the car park and head toward The Square end, look for the trestles with the orders on them. We can either load your order straight into your car or we will place it on as small table for you to collect, keeping plenty of social distance of course! Pickup time is between 4 – 4:15pm, please be prompt.

If you are unable to drive or have been advised not to leave your property due to being classed as vulnerable or unwell we will be happy to deliver to you. Deliveries will be made in the afternoon.

To help us ensure we can maintain this free service for everyone please order a minimum of 10 items at a time and limit orders to one per week if possible. Please take the time to get your order complete as we are not able to do additions and deletions after the order is placed.

We will do our absolute best to fulfil your order. With the unprecedented pressure on New Zealand supply chain some items may be limited. Please indicate where substitutes are possible.

You will be able to pay online from home once you receive your order. Please ensure this is done on the day of collection or delivery.

TROUBLE SENDING?

Our system is sometimes experiencing some processing delays and it could take up to 30 seconds to send (possibly due to the amazing level of usage – which we love by the way).
But if the spinney thing just keeps going round and round forever all is not lost. The form actually auto saves your entries as it goes so we may already have your order.

Terms & Conditions

Substitute products will be made where indicated. Returns must be returned to store with docket for refund in original condition or arranged with admin team on accounts@pandk.co.nz. Returns of chilled products are not accepted. Orders must be paid on day of collection.
